Authorization and control
A VPN connection is provided through Android VpnService once you approve Android's system authorization request. You can disconnect or withdraw that authorization through Android settings. Consult the Privacy Policy for details about information handling.
Your responsibilities
Observe applicable laws and respect others' rights. The service must not be used for fraud, harassment, distributing malware, entering systems without permission or intentionally interfering with networks. You are responsible for your activity and for respecting the conditions of services accessed through the connection.
Availability of the service
Device compatibility, maintenance, infrastructure and network conditions may affect operation. Continuous availability, particular performance levels and access to individual websites or content are not guaranteed. Take these limitations into account when relying on the service.
Limits on access
Access restrictions may be needed to address misuse, material violations, security risks or legal requirements. Any restriction will be reasonable and proportionate, with notice and an opportunity to address the concern where lawful and practical.
Liability and mandatory rights
Any limitation of liability for indirect or consequential losses applies only as far as the law allows. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or remedies, or exclude liability that must remain under applicable law.
